Great windows good customer service. Installer was great fast and explained process

Job was completed in a timely manner, Everyone was professional and explained every step in a manner yhat was easy to understand. Area was left clean and most important, it looks great!

It took forever for my PATIO door to come in. When it finally was found sitting in the local warehouse the installer was good BUT there is no screen door. Now I have to wait another four weeks for this to be finished and my phone calls are not returned. Lousy service from everyone except my installer.

Our experience was good. We didn't have any problems.

Lack of communiciation. Call their number and you never get an answer. I have tried their 2 numbers to no avail. I do have a problem I'd like to address, but gave up. Even mentioned it to a service tech and he said he'd pass message on. Again no response. I didn't complain when my windows were incorrectly measured and had to be remade and installed at a later date.

All the customer facing staff were professional, knowledgeable, genuine.

Excellent windows. We especially like the lifetime warranty. The installation was remarkable. The installer was experienced and fast. Everything was cleaned up before they left. We couldn’t ask for more.

You promised gift card and never received it

The manufacturing process did not take as long as I thought it would, at one point after about three weeks I did reach out to get an update. The response was prompt and to the point. Then a few days later I get a call saying that it was ready to install. The work was done professionally and looks beautiful made a huge difference to curb appeal, heat transfer and overall very clean and sleek looking. I thought very hard about going with a cheaper option but after installation was very happy that I chose champion.

I am still not happy that my kitchen windows were not mulled. And it took 3 different times measuring before the correct windows were ordered.

They have not finished the job. They damaged the ceiling in an adjacent room and have not fixed it and don’t return my calls. I’m going to pay someone else to fix it and deduct that cost from what I still owe

We are still waiting for a call back to get someone out to fix our issues with the upstairs patio door! It’s been almost 1 month since I started emailing and leaving messages that there was no handle on our screen door outside or the part that goes into where it locks and there is a cut in the left side of the window! I even tried to contact the sales Rep and nobody will contact us . All we get is it takes three weeks! The screen door is still very hard to slide open and shut! This is totally unacceptable!!!!

Nobody walks on water like Jesus

It took 4 different people to measure for the windows. First time was during ordering. Second was after ordering but before manufacturing. Then they came out to install windows (the first time) and they wouldn't fit. They measured (AGAIN) and took windows back with new measurements. Came out second time to install, again they wouldn't fit. Took measurements for the FOURTH time and took windows back. The last time that they came out, windows barely fit. After installers left, noticed that the new patio doors do not line up correctly where they overlap. Plus the screen door for the patio door was damaged and the installer took back with them to get a replacement. They said it shouldn't take too long, but I keep getting phone calls and emails telling me that I need to sign paperwork for the installation and financing. However this paperwork clearly states not to sign if the work is not completed to satisfaction. So far, it ISN'T!

I like the windows. Hate the price. Not a fan of scheduling service calls.

Poor communication! We have asked multiple times for management to call us since the 1st order of windows came in wrong. No one has called us back. Took over a dozen phone calls over 3 weeks to get a eta of new Install and it only came as a text.

Received the windows in a very timely manner with very experienced and courteous men to install them.

Windows were measured incorrectly modifications were made on install, had large gabs that were filled with foam.

Tom was great! I love my sunroom. Can’t wait to officially get my stuff in and enjoy.
