I am still not happy that my kitchen windows were not mulled. And it took 3 different times measuring before the correct windows were ordered.

They have not finished the job. They damaged the ceiling in an adjacent room and have not fixed it and don’t return my calls. I’m going to pay someone else to fix it and deduct that cost from what I still owe

We are still waiting for a call back to get someone out to fix our issues with the upstairs patio door! It’s been almost 1 month since I started emailing and leaving messages that there was no handle on our screen door outside or the part that goes into where it locks and there is a cut in the left side of the window! I even tried to contact the sales Rep and nobody will contact us . All we get is it takes three weeks! The screen door is still very hard to slide open and shut! This is totally unacceptable!!!!

Nobody walks on water like Jesus

It took 4 different people to measure for the windows. First time was during ordering. Second was after ordering but before manufacturing. Then they came out to install windows (the first time) and they wouldn't fit. They measured (AGAIN) and took windows back with new measurements. Came out second time to install, again they wouldn't fit. Took measurements for the FOURTH time and took windows back. The last time that they came out, windows barely fit. After installers left, noticed that the new patio doors do not line up correctly where they overlap. Plus the screen door for the patio door was damaged and the installer took back with them to get a replacement. They said it shouldn't take too long, but I keep getting phone calls and emails telling me that I need to sign paperwork for the installation and financing. However this paperwork clearly states not to sign if the work is not completed to satisfaction. So far, it ISN'T!

I like the windows. Hate the price. Not a fan of scheduling service calls.

Poor communication! We have asked multiple times for management to call us since the 1st order of windows came in wrong. No one has called us back. Took over a dozen phone calls over 3 weeks to get a eta of new Install and it only came as a text.

Received the windows in a very timely manner with very experienced and courteous men to install them.

Windows were measured incorrectly modifications were made on install, had large gabs that were filled with foam.

Tom was great! I love my sunroom. Can’t wait to officially get my stuff in and enjoy.

I’m very happy with the quality of the product as well as the installation team. However when the sale is supposed to be buy two get two and it costs over $7000 for two friggin windows. I don’t care how good the windows are. They aren’t worth over $3500 each. I cannot recommend this product for that very reason.

Experience was great the whole time

The salesman was wonderful and set such high expectations of the service we would experience but overall everything after that has been a dissapointment. Delays, the wrong door ordered, poor installation quality. I could go on forever but honestly I am so sick of dealing with you guys that I just don’t have it in me.

We are very pleased that we purchased Champion windows. The windows replaced were also Champion windows and we were very satisfied with those. They were about 30 years old . The new ones have improved quality from being more energy efficient to reducing outside sound!

My windows are scratched up inside and out. They have glue all over them from manufacturing. I was told I would get a call back in half an hour, I got it the next day and not from the person I needed to talk to and she was a little on the rude side.

I still have 8 more Windows to replace; if I wasn't happy, I wouldn't finish with Champion, nor would I reccomend Champion.

Good communication, technician knowledgeable and experienced. Technician took the time to explain specifics of the project prior to install.

I think 3/4 of the windows should have been an 1” taller. Two windows were made wrong and will need to be fixed or replaced.

I purchase a 14 by 10 room. Ended up 12 by 10 due to some electrical boxes on back of house. They only took 500 off price. I feel ripped off. Every thing else turned out good.

Your offer buy two get two free is misleading

In spite of regular practices I find with many companies, I was able go to the Champion facility on my own, had a wonderful conversation and my thoughts were heard and respected. I was not hassled about when I would like to get started. I was given the time I needed to figure out my finances and time frame that suited me.

From the sells rep to the install Champion was always communicating. This is a plus in my book.

Very meticulous workers!

Poor customer service. When our order was not constructed correctly due to champions mistake, we were treated as if we were the problem. We spoke to 4 employees and all were defensive and had no compassion. We were told, “We are human and make mistake.” When we asked to cancel the order, we were told, “a car dealership isn’t going to let you return a car if you find a scratch on it.” It was awful.

the person sent out to measure windows did not measure for pre-framed windows, so now all the installed windows leak air badly and since the last snowfall, we've had snow blowing inside the home.

I will show off our finished build to anyone who wants to see what an awesome product and great craftsmanship Champion provides!

I should have known when the quote $23000 for 6 windows and a sliding glass door and they asked what i would be comfortable with? We agreed at just over $16000. Your company stalled on starting my windows and sliding door for 7 plus weeks. Your company finally reached out and said they were waiting on HOA approval in writing. I gave the verbal approval from my HOA president to the sales person the day I purchased and put a down payment of over $5000. Your contract does not state it needs to be in writing and your management agreed it does not state that. The reason the salesperson took 7 weeks to reach out was that he was dialing my number wrong. The company had not started the windows and said it would be another 10 to 12 weeks. I asked to cancel the order since nothing was started. They said they would charge me $1000 to cancel. I spoke with a regional manager and he was just a plain jackass with no customer service skills or support.

I ordered two sliding doors with blinds. The last one was delivered Dec. 18, and the screen is not working. The trim they used inside is white and my woodwork is brown. So it still isn't finished.

Great quality product.. everything is crazy expensive today But these windows seem to be worth the money

Too expensive & if we didn’t stay on top of it, we may still be waiting for them to find our doors. The installer didn’t even know he was missing the storm door when he installed the entry door. Then we had to have repair scheduled twice for the same issue.

Very fast to come talk about Windows we placed our order the same day in a matter of a few weeks. They were built in a few days later the installer came. He did a fantastic job. Also explained features to us. This is our second installation of windows built by champion we are very satisfied and pleased. Also, we did need an adjustment done on one of the windows that they installed a few years ago and under their warranty, they were out immediately made the adjustments again a very satisfying experience I recommend them highly.

Newly installed windows have draft and ice on the inside of windows.

Very easy to work with and any concerns we had were addressed right away.

When the work actually got done, it was quality work. Every. Single. Other. Step of the way was such a colossal screw up, especially for the price point, it was unacceptable.
