Our down payment was made 4/12/19. It took until 6/3/19 to turn the system on but the back up battery did not work properly. The delay here was not PG&E's fault. On delivery day it was discovered that wrong parts were ordered/delivered. After almost two weeks of delay the correct parts were finally delivered only to be wired incorrectly. It too k several days for this to be resolved but the backup system was still not working. It took nearly two more months and two visits from SolarEdge expert to discover that more equipment was needed to complete the installation. In short it seems that Steve Brown of Blue Mountain sold us what we were asking for but didn't have the expertise to deliver or install the same. He just told us what he thought we would like to hear.
