We are a locally owned pest and wild animal control company servicing Midland, Michigan and Bay as well as Saginaw counties. In the pest control business since 1997, our family business prides itself on using the best products on the market. Fully licensed and insured, we want our customers to know that our main effort is to keep you and your family safe and free of all pests. We're redoing my parents roof and their chimney needs some repair work as well. Is it better to do the masonry work before or after we do the rest of the roof?

It is always better to repair the chimney prior to any roofing work. This way the new roof doesn't get damaged. 
Buying an old house and renovating versus tearing down and building new: Pros & Cons?
