We had an issue where our shower, the faucet wouldn't close/shut off. This happened Friday and I called them Monday morning and they were out by Monday afternoon. It wasn't anything they did, but a gasket from a different cartridge that got wedged in the new cartridge. The guy that came out, Alex, was super nice and showed me everything, and how to take it apart if I ever needed to again in the future. We've been beyond pleased, our installers were awesome. We've never seen 2 guys move so fast, really a great experience.
Every week you hear or read about a home improvement contractor that fails to do the job at all, or does shoddy work. That is definitely NOT the case with Bath Creations. From the salesmen to the installers they did an excellent job. The installers stayed late to get the job completed. They found a factory defect in a shower door and the door was replaced in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company
