Had some work done 5 years ago. A small piece on the shower handle broke. They came and fixed it--no charge. They were fast, professional, and polite. A company I would do business over and over again with.

I was very satisfied with the whole deal. I had a drainage problem that they were able to fix that I wasn't even aware of. I am very thankful to them for that.

We had an issue where our shower, the faucet wouldn't close/shut off. This happened Friday and I called them Monday morning and they were out by Monday afternoon. It wasn't anything they did, but a gasket from a different cartridge that got wedged in the new cartridge. The guy that came out, Alex, was super nice and showed me everything, and how to take it apart if I ever needed to again in the future. We've been beyond pleased, our installers were awesome. We've never seen 2 guys move so fast, really a great experience.

Every week you hear or read about a home improvement contractor that fails to do the job at all, or does shoddy work. That is definitely NOT the case with Bath Creations. From the salesmen to the installers they did an excellent job. The installers stayed late to get the job completed. They found a factory defect in a shower door and the door was replaced in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company

The Salesman, Lance, was not hovering or pushy. He was very helpful, honestly friendly and helpful. The two man installation crew was outstanding. I could not have chosen a better class of people, who knew exactly what they were doing, even if I knew what I was doing or looking for.

The only fault is that they brike aPortion of my commode in my basement. I thought I would have heard from them by now.

They did what they said they would do when they said they would. I am very happy with the cleanup They cleaned up and were very neat on a daily basis.
