Construction Quality - Cohen Homes LLC is excellent -- a first-class builder. This is the first time that we have ever built a home and Cohen Homes has been delightful to work with. We are proud to own a Cohen Home!!!

Communication - Ken Cohen, Michael Davis and Nick Salamone have been excellent communicators throughout the process. The subcontractors have also been delightful and ensure that the owners are happy.

Additional Comments - We made a number of modifications to the plan with a clear understanding that some would involve additional costs. Ainslie Group was open to our comments, suggestions and requests and it was fastidious in engineering these changes. This modification of the model made the home much more "ours" in its layout and use.

Areas Of Satisfaction - They did not cut corners on the construction and the upgrades. They were willing to customize as needed to meet our requirements. Their attention to the details during construction was excellent. While a couple of smaller items did get missed because they did not get formally documented after agreed to, there were more positive surprises then negative.

Areas Of Satisfaction - We were a little concerned when issues we raised were slow in being addresses. We understand the builder was short handed initially and did the best he could so we understood the delays. But once help arrived via the checklist man, our concerns were addressed quickly and completely. The bottom line is we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We are happy we have come to know Greg and Lee.

Additional Comments - Greg Richardson is an exceptional builder. He has wonderful organizational skills. He was willing to embrace our personal vision of a theme home for which we are very thankful. Lee Ogletree was very personable, helpful, and a real go getter. He was fun to work with and gave great guidance on some repairs. Finally, Jeff and Ruby Ainslie were extremely helpful in getting our selections down onto the BSA when time was running out. We feel we wouldn't have a home if they had not been willing to work with Dale for one straight week, everyday that week, last year. We have a top drawer house and couldn't be happier. We also really appreciate the folks we worked with at the Ainslie Group.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Pleased with...Ruby... took so much time with me picking the choices the out for the cabinet and countertops and flooring and was so paitent.Jeff for working with us on the cost of the flooring and always making us feel like a friend and not a buisness transaction.John for letting me win the battle on the 5th bedroom having the closet placed to the right so I could keep the floor space in the fourth bedroom ... that meant a lot to me to keep the floor space.Big John for working with us on the pool ... what a nightmare but thankful for the help.Don for always answering the phone and addressing the concerns.
