It was a good experience. I like my door.
They were awesome.
Thank you for your thorough explanation of benefits, good install and followup!
Power Home Remodeling came out a few years ago and installed a couple of windows and they are easy to open and close. Because I was pleased with their work then, I had them come back out to do more windows.
I absolutely would refer power to a friend. The customer service was excellent. They were very friendly and explained everything very well. They were very timely, and the communication was great.
To e
They are very easy to get along with.
They were completely transparent. They were detailed. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. They were transparent in pricing.
They made the entire process easy, from contacting the association, and to getting the permits that were needed. The guys who did the installation were fantastic, clean, left no mess at the end, and made sure everything was perfect.
It felt like once the window installation was completed, they tried to sell more than what was actually completed.
Power Home Remodeling is borderline a little pushy and a little expensive.
I liked the people who worked with me, they were professional, concerned and answered my doubts and questions.
After the installation, when everyone had left, we saw that some caulk or sealer had been dropped on objects, which we couldn't remove. There were small nails everywhere in the house, in our bed. I think the cleanup inside of the house could have been better. Outside, we understand the debris. We understand inside the house as well, but you could really see the debris. They had a vacuum cleaner with them and did clean up some places. We have animals, and I did not want the animals to get nails in their paws or in our feet. Some of the windows need cleaning because of gunk on them. We are looking forward to seeing the benefit of replacing the windows. The staff was very personable and the inspector was really nice; everyone was cordial and pleasant.
Our original quote given (and initially agreed upon) was extremely different from what was actually needed. The sales person who came out obviously did not know how to estimate the square footage well enough to give a good estimate. We were shown pictures of amber that was leaking from our wooden beams in the attic and told that the insulation would help keep that from happening. Well, the wood with the amber is not even covered by the insulation and is right by the roof, so there’s no way it would have ever been able to be fixed. In fact, now it’s between the roof and the insulation so it’s probably going to be hotter. We felt pretty mislead by that. We have also not heard back about repairs that need to be completed post-window installation. I called on Monday and have not heard back from anyone (it’s Saturday now). My child’s window will not lock (safety hazard) and it should have been fixed asap.
I never rate anything a five, because once you get the product and see what it is like, sometimes you are disappointed, and sometimes you are very satisfied.
It was an easy process.
Power Home Remodeling did quality work.
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, good lrofuct
They did a well done and professional job.
Good customer service and repairs as needed
I would have liked to be more prepared for the considerable Sheetrock dust that was left after the install. I feel like the project was hyped to indicated the we would not be able to tell they were there, and that just wasn’t the case.
Detailed information about what would be and was done.
the kitchen window locking device is to hard to engage.I called power home and told them about it .I am waiting for a reply from them to tell me what they will be doing to remedy this situation
We have use power on multiple projects and have recommended you to friends and family.
It is not likely because I have already recommended Power Home Remodeling to a friend from work!
