No follow up on problems after installation

Power home remodeling does quality work and appears to use quality window replacement materials for home window replacement. I am able to attest after having them replace all of the windows in my home. The finished product, while not perfect, is a very much welcomed home improvement.

The work, product and installation had been great. The communication could have been better, especially after the project regarding clean up. Over a week and a half later and the dumpster and leftover material are still here.

The main reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because we only had 2 windows installed at this first project. Perhaps wait till the project #2 of installing 13 windows, I might be able to evaluate with more observations.

It’s been insult to injury dealing with Power since 2013! We’ve had many windiows & a sliding doors installed throughout the years and when problems arised with a defect in FOUR of our windows, calls would go unanswered,for the 20 different phone numbers we’d call or that would be 20 different people we would speak to and would give us all different information but the same result ended… Crickets! Recently, another sales rep came to our door soliciting business and we flat out told them we have other projects to do, but because of the experience we’ve had with power over the years. We were very reluctant to use them again and explained the ongoing issue we had with the defect with the FOUR front windows.We should have pushed to get the windows under warranty replaced first before signing up for another project, but again, the prompt the sales rep seemed genuine and a shortest that power would make us whole and remedy the situation so we signed up with replacement of five new windows and paid upfront in full. The crew came and three of the windows are crooked and don’t lock the manager quality manager, checked it and gave us a date and we keep being told they’re gonna come talk to four different people and again no one comes and now we were told that for the manufacturer defect of the windows the May date is now in August date and still no one calls us back. We are beyond livid, and I’m seriously considering following up with filing complaints and actions against this company.

Very satisfied with the experience. Had installed some windows for my next door neighbor and when I checked with him, he also expressed his satisfaction with Power Home.

Attentive sales individual willing to work with our needs

Everything has been great leading up to the job. The windows were done early so they were installed sooner and in one day. Still working on some follow up which is taking longer than I would like, but remain hopeful it will be addressed before my second scheduled install.

My husband wasn’t here that day he was in the hospital for a heart problem. We don’t know how to work it. The city was supposed to to come out and hook it up. It hasn’t

PHR managed our expectations as customers perfectly, for the 3 projects we completed with them. On time delivery of each project, great quality and they always ask us to review the projects upon completion.
