Work was high quality, good sized crew made for quick work and crew cleaned up after themselves after each day

The project managers were very helpful and friendly. The workmen were impressive. Their work was top notch and the daily cleanup was great.

The job that was done on my home was a mess from start to finish. It was a nightmare for me. You can see why and all the comments below.

The window quality, the price

I was very happy with the 3 fellows whi installed my windows. They were polite and did a fantastic job prepping, nstalling, and cleaning up.

Misquoted over $500. It was discussed that the new windows would be “like for like” including grid windows. This was touched upon 3-4 times during initial visit but later found out these were not included in the quote.

During installation there was damage to wood awning above window. I was told to call the office. I have called several times now. The first appointment was cancelled unbeknownst to me. Called back scheduled another, and this time nobody showed up.

They were very professional, convenient and considerate of the work happening in my home. I could not speak any better on the installers that did the roof and gutters. They did a phenomenal job.

We had some issues because of the rain, but that was it.

I lived the attention to datail

I had two crews come out, one for the windows and one for the gutters. Both crews were professional, organized, cleaned up, got it done, and left everything perfect.

No follow up on installation

The service is amazing. They were very professional and very helpful. Everything is good with the windows, doors, siding, and the roof. It all went well even the solar. However, when it comes to the solar warranty; I have had to call a few times. I am still waiting on someone to come out to fix it. It's been over a year.

Really explained how roof would be made and quality of produce they were using. Crew they sent worked hard all day and cleaned up well

The job was done well, as far as I can see, but I was lied to about a couple of things when they went through the processing. When the guy came, I told him about an issue we were having. He said he reported it and submitted photos, but when I called in they said nothing was ever submitted. I was lied to about a couple things, but other than that the job was good.

The roof and attic insulation delivered ad promised. It is cooler inside the house now I have not turned on the central a/c yet. And it’s been hot outside.

If the house gets comfortably warm during fall and winter time, then that is the time I will change ratings to 5 stars.
