Clean up wasn't the best. Found a handful of nails in lawn and bushes. Some of the bushes were beat up. Hope their workmanship was better than the way they left.
My overall experience with Power Home Remodeling, from sales to signing to installation to inspection, was excellent.
I had really good customer service and the product is excellent.
It might've been just one incident for me, but the actual installationitself was not smooth. The window that it came with has some defects. It might not be serious defects, but it has some missing parts and some issues with the sash not closing properly. It took several attempts. Most of the customer support was pretty helpful and tried to solve the issue, but it still took a few attempts to actually solve the issue. Based th overall experience, wouldn't say I was against them or wouldn't recommend them, but I may just leave it. Maybe other people ask for recommendations, and I just share my experience, and they can decide whether they want to use the same service or not.
As I mentioned to the manager that visited us a few weeks ago, the communication between us and the company was lost. After our door was delayed, it was crickets for a couple of weeks on what was going on with our door. My husband returned Power's VM's but it took a bit for Power to catch us up on what was going on. Also, I felt very pressured every time a Power employee walked into our house that they were trying to upsell us. We were interested in a new front door but Power reps. kept wanting to sell us windows too. I honestly am not sure if I would recommend Power. It hasn't been long enough to see how the quality of the front door is.
The very high windows are not clean.
Added a 3 per cent charge to my account without telling me because I used credit card for payment.
I recommend the windows to people because they lower the electricity bill.
We had our windows done, and my screens were not provided until another three weeks after. They didn't bring them with them, and I had to call for them to be provided.
They did a good job on the windows and roof.
The weather was bad throughout the entire installation, and we are unsure of the quality of work that was done, which is why we rated them four stars.
I'm very satisfied with the windows.
Power Home Remodeling was professional, efficient, and very polite.
They were on time and the quality of work was good.
I felt the team that came to the home worked very, very well together and seemed to enjoy working together. I felt Power Home Remodeling did a good job. They answered a lot of questions and explained a lot of things to us. I thought it was very well done.
Power Home Remodeling did a very good job, was very courteous, and was very professional.
The work was done in a timely manner and on time.
Everything went very smoothly and we are pleased with the results
The installers were great. The selling portion could feel a little pushy at times but the overall experience was fine.
Very professional communicative friendly from first meet at an outreach tent at WP Art Festival through ordering financing and installation. Waiting to find out if my minor glitch is addressed.
Power Home Remodeling has great quality products and super helpful, friendly installers.
I am likely to refer my family. My sister and brother in-law in killeen received windows and gutters from Power in 2023.
Felton and Carolyn Epps.
Complete communication throughout the entire process. Every person I spoke with was professional and pleasant to talk to. The work was done when they said it would be. The installation was quick with alot of attention to detail. I was impressed with the entire process.
They did a good job and to my satisfaction.
The whole process was very nice and approachable. Through all steps it was easy to get in contact and voice concerns we had, and they were answered very promptly :)
