The first installation did not include all of the windows we ordered. A broken window was installed, with no explanation or communication from anyone about when we could expect a replacement. Then a second installation was done for the two windows that were missed the first time, but the broken window wasn’t replaced and now we are waiting for a THIRD installation.

The work is beautiful. Power Home Remodeling did a nice job on everything, and the quality is very good.

They do quality work, answer any of your questions while they are there, and get back to you if they don't know the answer. I like the app because it keeps everything in the loop.

Staff that we had contact with were all very attentive, prompt and courteous. They presented their products and services well and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We love our windows, they look exceptional and we expect they will live up to the high standards we paid for. We have been happy working with all of our contacts with Power, however the standouts for us so far have been Neil our first contact, Brendan who came to go over and refine our order and Matt who came out a week after our windows were installed to inspect for quality and satisfaction.

They were professional, worked hard, cleaned up everything on site, and were very polite.
