Installation crew arrived within the time window provided. They were courteous and respectful throughout the day. They took their time and made sure that the installation was done right and cleaned up after the project was complete

There project on the premises who spoke English. We are afraid aelectrial wire was damaged during installation

It was a seamless process. The crews were efficient and clean.

As I look back, I realize I fell prey to high- pressure sales tactics. The first appointment was supposed to be 1 hour and ended up over 3. Then we had to add 2K to the materials list. I still don’t believe that a wider soffit than originally quoted garners 2K more in materials!
Scheduling was changed for almost each appointment after that. One crew stayed until 9:30 pm and checking on workmanship in the dark is not ideal. I also do not believe they added more air ducts as promised.
Materials unused are still at my house on a large pallet that is killing my grass. Where was this material supposed to be installed?
The area where electric lines attach to the house does not have a drip edge…which seems incorrect. Inside trim on sliding door is unattached… I pressed it back on a few days ago.
You way over-promised snd under-delivered.

What started out as a friendly neighborhood sales visit segued into a well-managed project to replace our doors, windows, and gutters. Service and professionalism was top notch, with timely well-coordinated inspections and installations. The quality of the products used was excellent and we couldn't be happier!

The guys that worked on my house were friendly. They worked professionally, once they were done they cleaned up in and outside. I really like the work that they did very much.

I still have not received a paper statement for the financing of the windows and I highly upsets me.
I need a paper document I. The mail for the financing so I can find out what my balance is and how to pay it differently.
All 3 people I spoke with at each stage assured me I would get one and I still have not and im assuming the payment taken from my account was for the financing but it does not tell me anything.

Some of the workmanship is far below inferior, it's sloppy, makes me think the intent is to see what someone is willing to accept, instead of doing a good job initially.

The inability to contact representatives directly or through support is excruciatingly painful.

No show for an appointment is absolutely unacceptable.

The requirement to accept the job as complete without the ability to inspect the work also reeks of deceptive practices.

Needs to do a better job of getting the work area clean and do a job go over to see if there is anything that it wrong or any issues.
