The quality of the work was just not great. If I was someone that didn't know what to look for, I would have been very disappointed.

All the positives of my experience aer that the quality of the windows are fantastic, the install was very good, and they completed the job in one day. The negatives are that my house was left covered in dust, and I feel like it was a bit of overpriced. Also, the fact that I called with some concerns the next day, and they promised to come out and made an appointment with me. They never showed up, never called back, or anything. That is really where the overall negative experience comes from.

They are very professional. They have a good salesman and workmanship.

I was disappointed in a few ways. First of all, a few of my windows were delivered the wrong size. No big deal. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks to reorder. It was well more than a month and there was no communication. Second, I was told that if I wanted to put the little plastic screw covers on I could do that myself. This was a $70,000 job. Do it myself? Are you kidding me? I understood that they needed to stay off until the final inspection was done but for a $70k job someone should have been here the day after to do it. Lastly, nobody ever called to see if I was satisfied with the job.

He gave us options on what we can do, what would be cheaper, and helped us out a lot with pricing. The others guys that came and installed were very nice and professional. They were also quick and kept it clean.
