My windows are beautiful! It is so great to be able to open them. They feel sturdy and look fantastic.

This is our second home remodeling project with you and they dropped the ball. Part of our old back door is still visible outside our home and is an eyesore. My girlfriend sat with the same salesman who came out for our first project and was given false info. She asked if the custom door we purchased can have the keypad and knobs raised slightly due to the new inside handle interfering with the cabinet drawer opening. Not only was she told yes but a call was supposedly made to the door manufacturer to also confirm and have the info inputted in all systems. No notes were ever added when we spoke with Power customer service the day of installation. The team had to shave our cabinet drawer in order for the door to open. A supervisor came out after talking with customer service but no solution was every reached. He was supposed to text me the next day but I have yet to receive any updates.

Very mediocre crew. Seemed more concerned with finishing than with finishing right. We were promised they would walk the yard with magnets for at least two sweeps. They did not walk even once. I found multiple nails on the driveway right after they left.

The installers were here on scheduled day and did a super job

Where was the Power supervisor for this job?

Power has now done our windows and doors and we love them. We recommend them to everyone. Price quality, warranty? They excel at all.

This is our 2nd project with this Power. Both times they did exactly what they said they would do. Showed up on time. Installed the windows. Let’s the job site clean. Great workmanship.

Room for improvement, esp with clean up and gutter install.
