Power HRG has an excellent team of people who are knowledgeable and helpful in explaining, installing, and following up on our project. We, especially, like their “Project Pulse” app which allowed us to follow our install. The resource documents were helpful, too.

We got excellent support from almost all support experts at power whenever we had some question. We did our roof, facia-soffit and gutters-downspout with power. The support team was there to kick start all installation days. Installation crew were well manered and very efficient. No trouble at all.

I would recommend power to anyone who asked who did my roof, but I would also recommend to that person not to finance because the finance Rates are much too high and actually put a burden on people, if I didn’t have the cash upfront, I would not have had this project done, the interest rate over 11 year. Would’ve been more than $20,000.

The windows look good at first look; however, when I look at the cloth like seals, they do not appear to be very efficient or effective. The winter months will be a better gauge regarding this issue. Also, I was told that Pella Windows are the maker of these windows; however, there is no etched insignia for Pella on any of these windows. In fact, the only reference to Pella is the name on each latch. I questioned this to the the quality assurance gentleman that came to my house. After the installation. He immediately opened the window and seemed to expect to see some sort of indication on the framework, however, there is none. His only comment at that point was, "no one has ever asked that question!"

Everything was done efficiently and well organized. The people communicated well and were polite.

They did excellent in all aspects from start to finish.

The windows seem to be top quality and the installation crew was very professional and the wi does look great.
