They came in with a strong sales pitch to add another $30,000 to replace the siding and gutters and all that. I could have done without that. Otherwise, I would give them a five-star rating.

I think they did great work the team was fantastic that did the installation. The crew left it mostly clean, but I am finding glass shards around my house. The process leading up to it was kind of exhausting. I kept getting calls from the Power team. It was a different level of things that took a lot of time. My inital estimate took four hours. I was exhausted and I just wanted the estimate. They did a good job, but were there so long. I didn't have time for that. I was told two days before my install that I had to be home the entire day the day after for the county to come by and check the work and permit. I had no problem with that, but didn't know until two days before. That was very presumptuous. I had to move around what I had scheduled. There was a lot if not paying attention to my needs and my time. I was asked the day before if they could send a QA team in the afternoon when the windows were finsihed. I didn't realize that was optional. I tried to get a time that worked for me. They kept pushing it and I was like you can come if you can come by a certain time. They said they would come another day, after I had to be home all day for the install and home all day waiting for the county to come by. It turns out it was optional. I felt they didn't value my time at all. We spent a lot of money on this. The installation team was great. I felt I was called all the time. There has to be a smoother system that than.

I already have recommended them.
