Be more responsive regarding schedule for service replacement of scratched window sashes

They were on time, covered the floor, and cleaned up when finished. The crew manager had explained how the day would proceed.

The only thing that would keep me from recommending PHR for window replacement is the cost. Not many of my friends would be able to afford it.

Since our first project in December 2018, we have spoken with other neighbors who inquired about our home remodeling projects, and have always recommended PHR.

The inspection did not pass yet. Not happy they processed payment without everything being complete.

Was told the construction crew was professional and would be in Power uniforms. I did not expect a third party contractors to do the work. One of them came in pajama pants. I was told that the crew would clean up and use a metal detector to pick up all nails and debris that fell to the ground. I found lots of nails around my property. I called customer service was told that they would have the project manager reach out to me and they never did.
