Overall a positive experience. And more importantly I am very satisfied with the product we received (windows) they make the house look better from the outside and feel better on the inside

Everyone was very honest, professional and friendly. The pricing also seemed pretty honest based on estimates we’ve gotten in the past.

Not showing up when promised. Not calling to communicate multiple times. Not when communicating with own crews to coordinate installs. Left scraps and trash in yard more than once. I'm still picking up large bits of metal. Terrible trim job that has to be done 3 times and there's still damaged bits. The leftover supplies are still in my driveway a week later and no mention when it will be picked up.

Service in the beginning was great up until the project date for installation. Installation day took a bit longer than I anticipated and also the crew left a lot of glass behind both in my home and outside my home. Most of which my daughter found and brought to me (safely) to avoid any incidents both inside and outside the home. A screen was left in my daughter room and not installed upon leaving.

They did a good job. They rescheduled three times.
