A lower estimate was given for the year If I bought the gutters. I was told the roof could be installed without removing the gutters. Gutters were installed the next day. One hangs down in front of my front door and another drains onto the driveway instead of the planter right next to it. Another rep comes a couple days later and said he could have the gutter fixed. Then he inspects the house again and gives me an estimate of $66,000. When I said I needed to get other company estimates he said I just wasted his time and he’d just leave the gutter.

The customer service from everyone involved at Power Home Remodeling was amazing. Whenever I called and had questions, the person who answered was always nice.

After my project was completed, I reached out to the company using the phone number on a card that was left for me. The employee I wanted to speak to was out in the field doing what she doing for others what she successful did for me. The phone was answered by a female who said she was a supervisor. Her tone was not customer friendly....it didn't feel friendly and she was not helpful. I felt like I was being rushed off the phone or I was bothering her. I hope this is not the type of experience I will have with this company now that my windows, one door, and the radiant barrier projects have been completed! Prior to that call, everyone I encountered were professional, courteous, and provided a great customer experience.

Just a little expensive was surprised but said yes and could not change my mind. Everyone thought I was crazy to pay that price for 3 doors.

The staff worked very well with us and saw us through a couple of snags. We were very gracious and we are quite pleased.

Although we had some scheduling and communication issues, the work was quality and the quality assurance manager came out to the site when the project was completed to inspect the work and ensure our satisfaction. I also appreciate that they warrant their work when necessary.

They do lousy job on my kitchen window. I been called to sent somebody to inspect the job and they don’t answer my calls.
