I was very pleased with the work they did.. they were very efficient and what they had to do. They cleaned up very nicely. They worked the hole day. Did excellent work. Very happy with them.
Our house is gorgeous and you cannot beat the lifetime warranty, and their guarantee to answer every service call you request.
Quick scheduling, quality work, high level of customer service.
They where neat and efficient
Will definitely be recommended!!
Very likely to recommend. Getting 11 windows installed in one day (5 hours) at the level of craftsmanship they promised is no small feat and they were able to do it with ease. Team was friendly and great to work with. Will definitely use them on my next project!
I would love to be able to recommend power however, the issues we had with communication on our install were very subpar. In addition to the lack of the crew being able to listen and follow through with requests, I assume from a language barrier is a huge problem and resulted in a huge problem for us
Our Service Technician after inspection was very thorough and helpful to explain additional work we needed
They were really friendly, and if I had any questions, they would answer them for me.
Window quality and professionalism of staff
The work was excellent. Everything was clear from the beginning. Plenty of communication and follow up to make sure all was done well. Very professional.
Awesome customer service, very friendly, professional easy to communicate with.
I don't know if I would recommend. I think everyone was very friendly on the front end. My questions were answered and everyone was very patient with me. Unfortunately on the back end was the issue. The workers didn't install my door handle properly. It wasn't until another worker for an additional job noticed the problem. He asked who did the job and I told him it was his own company. He shook his head, but told me that he could fix it for me. The original crew also left a significant gap underneath my door that wasn't there before and looked bad. I sent pictures, and they said they would fix the next time they came. When they came (the same time they noticed the incorrectly installed door handle) they said they couldn't fix the gap because the notes left didn't specify that they would need additional material. The original crew also left my yard and street a mess. What was most disappointing about all this, was there was a man who came to essentially do quality control, but spent the majority of the time convincing me to get more work done. I did, but in his rush to leave, didn't realize how dirty it actually was and he didn't catch any of the mistakes they made. It's all frustrating considering I am spending a significant amount of money. I'm hoping the quality is good. It looks beautiful, but I am disappointed in the execution and follow through. I will say the installers were friendly, and the second crew was really cool about trying to fix the mistakes of the first crew without even having heard from the office.
The door looks great. I love the door. The color the quality is perfect
Salespeople are professional, as well as personable, easy to talk to. Workers were prompt and efficient.
This was our third project with Power and you didn’t disappoint us. Great product and service.
The window installers did an outstanding job
The people who came here and replaced the window were very friendly and very polite.
The crew that came to do the work was very friendly and I am very satisfied with them.
Fast and efficient live the windows they look fantastic and definitely has helped keeping the porch a lot warmer
Good honest people that go the extra mile!
We were very happy with all the communication and the service from Power Home Remodeling. They were fantastic people who came to the house and were very professional.
Pricing is variable, but the flexibility of a company during what is a HUGE process (and fairly permanent) is so important.
Company has been unresponsive to a concern we have regarding our project. Power sales and measurement guy did not give us a realistic idea of how the project would turn out.
This company is a glorified sales operation. The actual salesperson, and then the so-called " pre-inspection" person, both told us that multiple, material parts of this project would occur. Then me " quality control" person (who was really just there to try to sell us more stuff) walked back those things. This includes one of the main reasons why we even bothered doing this project, which still never happened. They also went on and on and on about how they would reimburse us when they didn't use the total amount of plywood allowed (10) but then when the job was over and they only used three, they never reimbursed us anything.
On top of that, salesperson 's also over exaggerated the company's ability to do certain things, particularly keep the the work site clean. She went on and on about how clean the workers would be. As it turns out, there's almost no way to remove old wooden shingles from the house without having nails and would fly everywhere. Even if there was no way to avoid that, the sales people should be honest and not not lie to you about how clean that will be.
The gutter people body damaged my HVAC equipment, which cause me to have to do an emergency repair to my heat.
The siding crew damaged two of my bushes because they shoveled snow on to them, which would have been completely unnecessary if they just shoveled the snow in a different place.
The gutter crew damaged a piece of siding, and I've been trying to get a hold of power for a week to fix it, and is they've been ignoring me. As soon as they had my $50,000 they stopped communicating with me.
There's also still a pile of a huge material in my driveway over a week later. I sent a half dozen text messages and emails about it and nobody responded to me. Multiple managers who I contacted told me they were out for various reasons, and it seems like these are convenient misrepresentations the hide the fact that they just don't care about communicating after they have their money.
I would never in a million years subject anybody I know to having to deal with this company. They took a great deal of my money, probably overpriced for the project, which I initially justified. Based on the idea there would be quality customer service.
Instead they sent a salesperson into my house pretending to be quality control, and now have ghosted me the minute they have their money. I'm disgusted with them.
