They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and they did their jobs well.

They have been very nice to me. They are on time, they get things done fairly quickly, and they are all pleasant people. I haven’t come across anyone who isn’t, and I’ve had them here three times already for three different things. They are great.

I am very satisfied with the attitude and cooperation I received from Power, and with how quickly the project went into effect and was completed.

1. The pressure sales of not allowing time for the customer to consider the decision before the price rises caused me to make a bad decision. I am not happy with the sliders, and would have chosen the verticals if not rushed unnecessarily because you do not believe in your value enough to allow more decision time.

2. I was not warned that my sills would be made unusable in most of the windows. After that damage was done, I was told it was because they lined up the windows with the wall studs. They should have consulted me first, and then there was a solution of some minimal offset from perfect stud alignmnet which would have helped but was not considered. The master bedroom looks ridiculous with a huge sill on one window and tiny sill on the other.

3. The crew that did the first job was great. The crew that did this job was not. The specific issues will be listed in the next question comments.

When they came and did the consultation, it sounded like a really highly recommended five‑star company. But when they came and did my windows, I don’t know what kind of company they used, because it did not look five‑star. They didn’t clean up well, they didn’t cover my bedroom, and even now the outside of my window is a mess and not sharp or clean at the edges.

The windows and doors are great and the installation crew were very professional and left the inside and outside of my house clean and neat after the installation was complete.

I thought the sales presentation was very detailed, and everyone on the team was very nice and professional.

The whole team is very thorough in making sure they order the right sized windows and that the installation is done right. The post-install QC check is a hood way to make sure they did it all right and the customer is happy with the product and the install.

Power Home Remodeling absolutely did a fantastic job. This survey is covering windows and my soffits, some of which were encased in aluminum. The work they did was absolutely perfect, and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

I understand it is the salesman’s job to sell, however when we say no to a service that is being offered such as a roof or solar one no should be enough. When the quality control person comes into inspect the job, he should not be trying to upsell the customer either.
