Nicholas Custom Homes, incorporated in 1988, is a custom home builder and developer in Denver Co. Currently the company is involved in multiple remodels in Denver and Cherry Hills Village and the development and construction of a 20 home community in Wheat Ridge Co in the 500K price range. Previous work has included:

Construction of over 170 projects throughout metro Denver. Projects consisted of the construction and/or remodel of single family homes for clients and our own portfolio. Our primary business model is Design/Build where we work with the client and our (or their) architect thru the design , estimating and construction to insure a design that works within the budget and design parameters. The prices ranged from 400k to over 6M. From 1995-2008 the company focused primarily on High end projects in Cherry Hills Village and Castle Pines Village. Many projects were in Old Cherry Hills and were designed and constructed utilizing period correct architecture and detailing.

The Principal of the company is Robert Nettleton who has a degree in Architecture from The University of Virginia. Prior to the formation of the company Mr. Nettleton worked for Regional and National Builders starting as a Field Superintendent moving into Construction and General Management . These companies, under his management, built hundreds of single family homes, as well as condo and apartment developments.

Please do yourself a favor and don't beleive "paint and primer in one". All that refers to is painted surfaces that have minor stains or a large color change. There is a reason that every paint store ... read more

I would echo what Steven says. Generally, flat paint is not washable. If you look at the cleaning instrctions, it will talk about being "scrubbable". This means you have to scrub a layer of paint off ... read more
