Horrible experience. Poor communication, delays, sub contractors errors we had to find. They flooded our hardwood floors and it cost a 6 week delay as one example.

I have never worked with a more professional and efficient builder than New Leaf Builders. They used quality products, finished when they said they would, stayed in budget, and communicated well and always responded promptly. I cannot say enough positive things about the team: Ali Bring, Chris Dudleck, and Sam. They are all great at their jobs, and I would recommend them all highly.

The project manager was courteous and very helpful. He kept us updated each week on progress and answered questions promptly. For small issues after move in, they were able to fix or complete in a prompt manner. Everyone at New leaf from design to build were friendly and excited to be building our home for us.
