Clearly an important area - I have been very pleased with this aspect. No surprises - when any issues arose (as they always will with a complicated project), Dolphin team worked together to find/propose acceptable solutions.

Design - difficult site, Dolphin worked patiently with us over many months to refine the plans and then with the ARB to get them approved. Construction Process - happy with all aspects - process, issue resolution etc. We expect final product to be very good.

We are part way through a new house construction - so far our experience with Dolphin has been excellent - through design process, ARB approvals and initial construction work.
