I’d recommend but with the caveat that there are a LOT of moving parts and so many different people involved in the process. And one should definitely know at the start that the designer is finished with you before the project even starts. No checking in or following up.

We have had McLennan do work at our house on many occasions and this was by far the biggest and most challenging project. They turned a dated tiny bathroom and bedroom/laundry room into a large bathroom, budoir, and laundry room. Everyone on the team was great to work with and responsive. Trish was great to work with during the design phase. Matt as always was phenomenal. Ryan, Eric, Robbie, the flooring and tile people and the plumbers and electricians were very polite and professional. They all did high quality work! I highly recommend these guys for your home remodel needs.

We had a great experience with McLennan from start to finish. There were multiple delays that were outside anyone's control, but McLennan worked with us to ensure that they were as low impact as possible, and clearly communicated what the plan was in each case. The work was professional and high quality in both form and function. Overall, highly recommend.

McLennan Contracting has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They have helped us with several projects: bathroom remodel, indoor painting, skylight replacement, drywall repair in garage, new flooring install and hardwood refinishing, and most recently, refurbishing our stairs with a beautiful custom newel post and new balusters.

Three things that have impressed us the most about the McLennan team: quality of workmanship, excellence in communication, and genuine care for the customer's satisfaction. (We've worked with enough contractors in the past to know how rare it is to find this combination!)

Tim chooses his staff, carpenters, and subcontractors very carefully. Everyone from the production manager to the billing specialist has been so kind and professional, and has made us feel cared for. We appreciate all the time Tim, Trish, and Marsha spent answering our multitude of questions--presenting creative and cost-effective options for our various projects. Once those projects were underway, Marsha kept us in the know with every detail of scheduling and production so that we always knew what to expect. Furthermore, the McLennan team went out of their way to make sure the end product matched our expectations--whenever something wasn't right, they fixed the issue without hesitation.

The entire McClennan team has set the bar so high, I don't think we'd be able to work with anyone else. We signed for this project right before the pandemic started. Their professionalism never waivered during those uncertain times. The project started as soon as they were able to work again.
