Tony, the salesman, was excellent in his knowledge of how to prepare for the project and giving very useful advice. The team was consistent in cleaning up after themselves, and they didn't hesitate to correct any issues.

We are very pleased with the projects we have done with Galaxie Home Remodeling, and we would recommend them highly. The people who came to our house were very courteous, friendly, and professional. The sales person I worked with never returns my phone calls like he said he would. The staff will not attempt to correct an issue caused by their employees at my home. When I call into the office to discuss the damage and possible ways to correct it, they tried to charge me $350 to complete the work....

not sure about the product used in your home. we usually pack the joint with oakum. then we use hydrolic cement (water plug). followed by tar on the outside. hope this helps. email with any questions. ... read more
