Eco Custom Homes

Eco Custom Homes’ LEED certified professionals lead the way in Atlanta’s — sustainable custom home market and in meeting the rising demand for green renovations and additions. Through our parent company, Icon Development Corp., we also apply our expertise to light commercial projects of up to 20,000 sq feet. We always use the most current sustainable building techniques and materials. With over ten years of trend setting in residential and commercial construction, Eco-custom Homes will show you how to build green on time and within budget.

At Eco Custom Homes our sweet spot is building or renovating for a client at any price point who wants the best quality that they can get. We are, and always want to be, the Atlanta area leader for “sustainable” design, construction and renovation, but we are always careful to consider lifestyle, integrating the style and comfort expected from high quality homes.

Eco Custom Homes has been on the forefront of sustainable building Metro Atlanta for more than six years. Our focus is on becoming the leader in the Sustainable Custom Home market. In doing so, we act in service of a sustainable and positive future and enact the most effective long-term strategy for ethical success.

We strive for quality in the materials we use and the services we provide to differentiate ourselves from other builders. We purposely take on only a handful of projects at a time so as not to jeopardize our 100% customer satisfaction rating with GuildQuality.

Our experience and quest for knowledge on behalf of our clients will allow us to constantly improve our homes as more and more proven technology comes to the United States and the Atlanta market. We constantly research, test and implement new products in our semi-custom homes. This practice will lead us to our goal of building zero energy usage homes.

In addition to the custom homes we design and build with our clients, we currently have a number of semi-custom Eco Homes in various stages of construction for the client who chooses not to wait the 24 months it traditionally takes to design and build a true, custom home.

What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
