Since 2006, we’ve performed renovations, remodels, and home additions across the entire KC Metro Area – including fine homes throughout Leawood, Lee’s Summit, Lenexa, Liberty, Loch Lloyd, Mission Hills, Olathe, Overland Park, and Stilwell.

Young Remodeling is very trustworthy, very timely, and very professional. I would trust him with the keys to my home, and I trust his choice of workers. I'm going to use him for a larger remodel in the near future.

Young Remodeling completed a remodel/expansion of my kitchen/bathroom and deck. I am very satisfied with the work completed and the Young Remodeling staff. They were very patient with my many questions and helping me through the whole process. I will definitely use them for future projects.

They have done everything that they said they would do. Everyone was kind and courteous. The finished product is perfect and I am still thrilled every day because of these windows, which are big and beautiful. I am thankful and happy for them every day. Hire a structural engineer. This could be a bit more expensive initially, but you could stave off lot of frustration later.

Is it normal for new gutters to "snap" as they cool down in the evening?

It is tough to say allthough tt can be normal assuming the gutters/fascia are metal and in an area of the home that receives direct sunlight (enough to cause expansion and contraction).  IMO
