WoodWorks Construction

WoodWorks Construction has been providing home remodeling, general contracting and construction services for over 25 years. Owner and General Contractor Charlie Adcock started his own business after having apprenticed with many of the best old-school masters in the field.  Taking on the work ethics of his teachers, Charlie started his own business in 1985 with little more than some basic tools and a truck.  Today, he has completed over 200 additions, kitchens, and bathroom remodels and has a long list of client referrals that include many repeat clients.  Charlie encourages potential clients to call on his past customers and ask whatever questions they have.  Charlie's best form of advertising has always been word of mouth.

How We Work: At WoodWorks Construction, we have strict standards that we never compromise. When you hire Charlie, he is the contractor on site through every phase of your project. He also uses only those subcontractors---plumbers, electricians, tile installers, painters, roofers and siders--that he personally vets for the same quality, workmanship, and professionalism that has made Charlie a top-rated contractor for over 25 years. In fact, most of Charlie’s subcontractors have been with him for decades.

Charlie keeps a clean job site; we treat your home as if it were our own. The site is broom--swept clean at the end of each day; he and all his subcontractors protect your floors and carpeting with dropcloths and plastic while they are in your home. Charlie also provides daily updates to the homeowner about what to expect during each phase of the project, and works with the individual homeowner to meet whatever needs and accommodations are necessary.

Charlie Adcock is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the state of Massachusetts, as well as a registered Home Improvement Contractor. All of his subcontractors meet Charlie’s standard for quality, workmanship, and professionalism. He services all of Metrowest, Cape Cod, and the Blackstone Valley.

I believe that the most important thing besides the cost is a Warranty and a detailed list of materials and work that needs to be done in writting.
roof vents placed behind 4ft walls in finished attic dont do squat for ventilation. no place for soffit vents, siding is asbestos so gable vents too pricey.
