Our business opened in 2011. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years.
I need to replace the insulation in my attic , can I install faced fiberglass insulation over the existing vapor barrier.

No need for s econd mositure barrier which is what the paper-face is. Just roll out unfaced insualtion atop the existing. Or, as an option, rent a blower and use loose-fill insulation.
