Stone Aspen builds custom homes in Douglas County, Colorado for Active Aging Adults and growing families. We believe in the “Smaller Footprint” Design Concept and feel the lot and the home should be “as one”. We prefer to build homes without wasted square footage but instead construct Sanctuaries where every room is used on a regular basis. Folks should be able to age in place within the home, and not have to worry about building another home for their retirement years.

We work with active aging homeowners and growing families who:

• Are interested in working alongside their home builder during the design stage and on the job-site to create a home that fulfills their vision. • Care about environmental sustainability, which means building a home without greatly impacting the land. • Believe in responsible energy use. • Want to design a home where the functionality of some rooms change with the family demographics
