We provide a full service office to manage all phases of construction and remodeling, from kitchen and bath remodels to complex second story additions or new home construction. We also offer an in-house design studio where both interior designers and construction managers collaborate to make the 'design-to-construction' process easy and enjoyable. We approach each design through innovation, customization and implementation of new technologies, which allows our clients to live in a space designed and built especially for them. Construction is about planning, technique, methodology, scheduling and follow-up. Our project managers provide thorough design detail, transparent estimating, construction planning and pro-active project briefings throughout your project. They continually schedule and place orders with our trade professionals so that no one element becomes lost or so critical as to have a negative effect on the project. During construction, your project manager will lead a team of professionals, all chosen for their expertise in the field. They will also provide client support, keeping you abreast of the progress and assist with any planning and construction needed to ensure that your project is completed on time, on budget and to your satisfaction.
