Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Mark's engineering background enhances his designs/structures. He listens to suggestions and works through ideas to come up with the best solution to create a functional yet energy efficient home. Great team!!!

My experience working with Simpson Builders, Inc. was that it was a great overall experience. They were on schedule and very attentive to any needs for issues. I would recommend them to a friend.

I would build a hundred homes with Simpson Builders. Overall, it was a very great experience. They have extreme integrity, which you don't see too often in the building industry nowadays.

Our home is over the top. In design, layout, craftmanship and quality materials that someone not associated with the building industry can recognize immediately.Our gas and electric bills are less than our old home which had half the square footage.
