Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

We have been very pleased with the product, the workmanship, and the performance of the installers. Overall our experience with Schmidt Exteriors has been excellent and we would highly recommend them to any of our friends if they are inquiring about doors.

We are still kicking ourselves for not replacing the windows sooner. They are a tremendous improvement to the exterior of course, but the best improvement is indoors: easier to clean and very good sound control. As an architect, I definitely feel that Schmidt Exteriors is a credit to the window & door industry.

They're an excellent company to work with, and I got an excellent value for my money. I had them put in windows previously, and I was so pleased I asked them back again.

I was most impressed with the speed of installation, the professionalism of the employees, and the site was left impeccably clean. After the workmen left, no one would've known we had windows replaced that day.
