President, Phil Kean, studied at Harvard University and Washington University to earn his Masters of Architecture (MArch) and Business Administration (MBA), is a Licensed Architect (AR95091), Certified Residential Contractor (CRC1327855), and a Certified Green Professional. Phil is President of the Master Custom Builder Council, member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando (HBA), Florida Green Building Coalition-Central Florida Chapter, and the U.S. Green Building Council.
