Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I had a pipe burst and flood my kitchen. My insurance set me up with Peerless and I couldn't have been more pleased. Topher explained every step to me and then worked with my schedule to get everything cleaned and dried up. I would definitely recommend Peerless!

This service was not performed at 2260 Angler Lane, Chesapeake, Va. it was at rental 2624 Chesterfield Blvd. Norfolk, Va. I have completed the paper quality questionnaire and placed in the mail

The rating is low because they have lost the items they took out of my home and never brought back. When they brought some of the items back they were broken. After two months I am still waiting on my items or some type of money for the items that they lost or broke. and I have not heard from them....

Joe was great, explained the whole process & time frame of mitigation. This was our first experience w/ water damage as well as an insurance claim, but he made things easier. They came out as soon as we called & made us a top priority. All the staff involved from Peerless were very professional & courteous.

Need to replace oven light bulb

Bulb info should be on base of bulb. Many internet sources for older and unique bulbs. May want to use multimeter to check contacts of socket to be certian power is reaching an inserted bulb.
I need to replace the insulation in my attic , can I install faced fiberglass insulation over the existing vapor barrier.

The best move would be to simply make sure the existing vapor barrier product is installed properly (flush to ceiling below) and add blown insulation over top to to get the best R value and at the lea ... read more
