Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I felt like I was taken advantage of, because what they portrayed when I first met them compared to the actual work was totally different. They made me feel that we were low income people and they prefer to work for high class people. I have a 3 year warranty and I have a problem, so I called them up...

Very organized, reliable in their work and in effort to keep us in the loop. They answered every question with on the spot answers. They seemed to really care about how we were feeling and tried to calm our worries. We were completely satisfied with the work and the effort.
