As a Sarasota native, T.J. has personally witnessed the area transform, from a small town, to a vibrant community filled with arts, culture and diversity. T.J.’s continued commitment to the environment and responsible construction practices come from a love of the Gulf Coast and beauty of the Sarasota area. Working in Southwest Florida for one of the largest national residential home builders for several years, TJ was exposed to and learned all facets of the residential home construction business. Utilizing his expertise and experience, he joined a local custom luxury home building team as Director of Construction. After four years as the head of construction, TJ was quickly promoted to Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, of a large local homebuilding operation, T.J. was responsible for all building company functions spread throughout a five county region. He was tasked with facilitating the company’s daily operations as well as the overall business expansion in terms of fiscal, legal, personnel, sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, construction and operations.
