HE ANSWERS HIS CELL. AND IF NOT, GETS RIGHT BACK TO YOU! His assistant, Laurel, is very good at this too. Some communication was done via e-mail and text too. Cannot say enough about the fantastic communication skills. How many times to you have to chase people around and it takes forever to return...

We cannot say enough good about this builder. He was professional, caring and focused on wanting to do a great job. We had a total remodeling done of our condo. Plumbing had to be moved, windows replaced, walls taken out, rewiring for electric and on and on! His staff was courteous, helpful and cleaned...
