Mayer Building Company, LLC, a New Orleans General Contractor, has completed projects for various condominum boards and commercial developers throughout the French Quarter, Lakeview and Uptown. Other clients include Capital One, St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, Pier 8 Condominums, Teavana, Lakeside Mall, Michael Kors, Swim & Sport, Lafaye Properties, Search Influence, Gootee Services, French Quarter Realty, Montagnet Properties, Tutti Frutti, the De Ja Vu Lounge, Johnny’s PoBoys, and Pontchartrain Orthopedics.

Recent projects include a 3,100 sqare foot high-end retail store in Canal Place, a 3,000 square foot contemporary office build out on Oak Street, a full finishes renovation and voice/data upgrade to a 20,000 square foot commercial property in Mid City, and yet another French Quarter wood and iron balcony replacement.

Among other projects, Mayer Building Company recently completed two commercial facade renovations in Metairie, one at 3500 Veterans and one for the Animal Care Center on David Drive. Mayer Building Company also delivered renovation projects for an Anytime Fitness, Dickie Brennan’s Bourbon House, Dickie Brennan’s Tableau and the Belle Chasse Coast Guard Stations.
