Magnet Construction Services Inc. has been incorporated since 1990 and over the years we have been providing end-to-end services for the Atlanta home, condo and loft remodeling market. Some of the work that we have done over the last 20 years includes everything from small bathroom remodeling to master bedroom suites, large and small kitchen remodels, loft conversions, whole house remodeling, attic build-outs, finished basements, room additions including sun rooms, decks, and several other minor remodeling projects. We are known in the Atlanta market for our high quality standards and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Magnet Construction has been recognized over the years with awards such as Contractor of the Year, which was received six times from NARI Atlanta (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). On four occasions we have received the Professionalism Award from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, twice we have received the Chrysalis Award, and we have also be awarded the Billy Jean Bryant Award and Associate of the Year Award, both from the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association. Our most recent recognition was Regional Winner, 2010 NARI Contractor of the Year in the category of residential kitchen. We have also made a recent appearance on an episode of HGTV's Curb Appeal: The Block.

Based in McDonough Georgia, we normally serve in-town, Midtown and the southern crescent of Metro Atlanta. We will travel further based on referrals.

That sounds like it is a GFCI outlet, which simply put means your outlet has it's own breaker. Most codes now require outside electrical outlets to be GFCI for safety reasons. If it is flashing red it ... read more
