As a former Claims Adjuster, I was used to dealing with multiple contractors in a flood claim where lack of communication, work delays, and mistakes were quite common place, so I looked at my own flood claim with dread of what was come. LOTUS immediately put my mind at ease and met andd exceeded my expectations.
