Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

They handled everything from start to finish. We had a little hiccup with the service provider, but they took care of that right away. I am well satisfied and he went above and beyond. There were distribution delays and he helped me get through that quite nicely. I appreciated that!

Klein Construction did not explain the process of how the repairs to home would proceed. The temporary repair wall they did to our exterior wall had large gaps at the top- letting in heat- bugs, etc. (a room facing a very busy street) which we had to fill in ourselves. We also had to tarp the wall...

Klein/Don did an excellent job coordinating the many contractors while they had many other projects going on. The major items went off like clockwork. 5 stars.

They took forever to get things fixed. They were a hard to get a hold of. They will just show up without calling. DO NOT USE THEM!

Klein did excellent work for us and they were really the only bright spot during our insurance claim. Can't say enough good things about Arnie and his team. He went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

my experience with Klein crew was great. the communication between myself and the guy in charge of lining everything up could have been better i think. overall.... not a terrible experience . But , they did have to contract out my siding. and the crew that was sent out was not satisfactory at all.

Is it normal for new gutters to "snap" as they cool down in the evening?

It is tough to say allthough tt can be normal assuming the gutters/fascia are metal and in an area of the home that receives direct sunlight (enough to cause expansion and contraction). IMO
What is the best way to install 30" high x 72" wide x 5/8 thick double pane fixed glass in vertical wall on roof. I am replacing "cloudy"existing ones
