Houses are getting tighter, materials are changing constantly, and working with these materials requires constant attention to detail. It's one thing to nail some 2x4's together, plumb, square and level a wall, rough the mechanicals and throw sheetrock up. But what about the vapor barrier? What about penetrations through plates? What about the correct installation of the fiberglass batts? Are there any hollow cavities? Is your thermal envelope complete? Is your siding properly installed, are your flashing details correct and shedding water properly?

We understand budget limitations. We can work within just about any budget. If you are on a tight budget we can work with you, so that rather than build the cheapest house with poorest quality materials we will walk you through the home process and explain areas where money can be saved, and areas where you will want to spend a little extra to improve your home performance.
