Kirk Hummel, the project manager, worked with us and came out when we asked him to. He walked us through the different stages. We did not realize it was more than shingles that went into a roof. They did the work while were away which things easier.

Asked to have humidifier installed. Scheduled appointment to have technician with "fully stocked truck" come do the work. He came but didn't bring a humidifier. Apparently they never do. Now need to have second appointment. Call center lies to get a trip charge scam. Very dissatisfied.
