Holehouse Construction Company has been building fine homes in the Santa Barbara area since 1983. Our work encompasses many styles and ranges from creative remodels to the construction of large estates. We have built a team of professionals that are committed to building exceptional projects with our client's needs and concerns listened to and implemented. We work hard to achieve consistent high quality in every project. We hold our subcontractors and vendors to the same high performance standards we set for ourselves.

Holehouse Construction Company has been featured in Architectural Digest, Architect Builder Magazine, and honored with several awards from various professional organizations, including the 1995, 1997, 2002 and 2004 "Builder of the Year" awarded by the Santa Barbara Contractor's Association. The quality of our work and the value it represents is what we are known for in the community. We constantly strive for better ways to serve our clients and to keep in the forefront of construction technology.

Holehouse Construction is a member of Built Green Santa Barbara. This program is a voluntary self certification building process designed to create market distinction for builders, architects and property owners who incorporate green building practices in their projects.
