Gold Value Construction Company

Founded in January 1998 by Johnny Carroll Blow and Johnny Mark Blow, Gold Value Construction was formed from its parent company Gold Dollar Homes that was started in 1979. Gold Value is dedicated to building homes of uncompromising quality, superior design and enduring value. Our commitment to our homeowners, however, is the heart and soul of our business.

In simple terms, we care about our homeowners. When you choose Gold Value Construction as your homebuilder, each of our employees will approach the sale and construction of your home as if it were their own. If a problem or challenge arises, we’ll ask ourselves, “Would I be satisfied if this were my home?”

We strive to instill this “we care” philosophy in all our people and demonstrate it through every stage of the home building process. It is what we believe and it is how we run our company. While other builders can offer you similar home styles or build in neighboring locations, our personal pride, dedication to superior craftsmanship and commitment to customer service are uniquely our own.

Our reputation is something that we have earned, one home at a time, for the last 20 years. With each new home we attempt to strengthen this important bond of trust that unites us with our home buyers. In doing so, we affirm there is no greater asset than a satisfied homeowner.
