Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Run the other direction. They did not do what they said. Left the job unfinished. Over charged for things that were not done. Sent me a bill a week after we told them we were done When I asked about the false charges they served me with a lean on my home. I had to pay them to release the lean on my home....

Is it normal for new gutters to "snap" as they cool down in the evening?

It is tough to say allthough tt can be normal assuming the gutters/fascia are metal and in an area of the home that receives direct sunlight (enough to cause expansion and contraction). IMO
Should I be worried that external doors in my home are shifting to a point that I can't lock them without lifting them up?
