DREAMBUILT, LLC is a design and construction company that specializes in custom residential projects to meet your needs, whether they are moderate or high-end. We offer a total development package beginning with design services through owner occupancy. We would also be happy to work with your plans or those from another architect. The package includes any necessary combination of the following: - Architectural design - Extensive plan library - ARB, engineering and landscape coordination - Project evaluation, estimating, bidding and value engineering - Interior selection, coordination, pricing, scheduling and installation - Construction through owner occupancy

Dreambuilt is made up of four partners, Jim and Paige Ruhl and Derek and Ann Welch. After meeting at Georgia Tech where Jim, Derek and Ann received degrees in Building Construction and Paige her Masters in Architecture, each worked in diverse areas of the industry. Jim acquired his MBA at Emory before gaining experience in commercial construction. Paige spent seven years in corporate real estate development with Delta Air Lines. Derek and Ann teamed as custom builders operating San/Dall Custom Homes, Inc., a 23 year old custom home business specializing in the high end residential market in Atlanta.

Our company goals are simple: to build quality projects, provide exceptional customer service, offer fair and competitive pricing and ensure that our reputation with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers is our best advertising tool.

We are continuing to build our reputation one home at a time. DreamBuilt has completed over 120 projects in the lake area since 1999.
