Robert R. “Bob” Collier, Sr., President of Collier Construction, has built homes in the Augusta area for over forty years. He has a very strong background in construction, having been a builder of new homes as well as many additions and renovations. He has always prided himself on his attention to every detail of the finished product of a house, as well as service to the customer during and after each sale. He is also President of Collier Management Co., Inc., which manages several local apartment communities. He is also past President and one of the founding members of the Augusta Apartment Association. Mr. Collier’s reputation precedes him wherever he goes as a builder with the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Robert R. “Riah” Collier, III, is Vice-President of Collier Construction. He came in to the company after completing his Bachelor of Business Management degree at Augusta State University in the spring of 2001. Having worked for his Grandfather, Bob, throughout his school career, he was already very familiar with the construction business and his expertise has continually grown. He has already closed over $30 million in sales, and is eager to continue to grow in his field. He maintains a close relationship with his homebuyers through out the homebuilding process, believing that the quality of product he offers is just as important as the service that he provides after the sale.
