Ceci Bates Homes is a home-grown company, founded by local builders, Tom Ceci and Scott Bates in 1999. Both men were raised in Pottsboro, Texas where they learned early the value of hard work, skill, craftsmanship, friendship and good old-fashioned trust. They built their partnership on quality, and grew their business on solid customer relationships. Each brings a unique perspective and a different skill set to the company. Tom is more of the nuts ‘n’ bolts guy while Scott brings the aesthetics into focus. But one thing the partners share is a deep commitment to the craft of home building. They truly care about the homes they build, and the people they build homes for.
