Capstone Partners is a boutique real estate company that produces architecturally significant and thoughtfully designed properties that emphasize sustainability and quality of life. Our guiding philosophy is to build homes that stand the test of time and create longterm value for our customers. Our homes are carefully designed to combine modern-day livability with traditional architecture and distinctive details. Our goal is to build homes, not houses. Every home we build is unique and distinctive with its own charm and appeal. We carefully select each fixture and finish to complement the historic style of the home - even exterior colors are chosen to enhance the existing streetscape. Being a boutique company allows us to engage local artists to refine many of the special details of our homes ranging from stained glass house numbers to custom hearths and mantles. We are also committed to conserving our natural resources. All Capstone homes built after 2004 are EarthCraft Certified and every community in which we build is 100% EarthCraft as well. EarthCraft House is a green building program that serves as a blueprint for healthy, comfortable homes that reduce utility bills and protect the environment. EarthCraft House is a partnership between the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Southface Energy Institute, government and industry partners. In 2006 we decided to undertake the rigorous process of becoming a Certified Professional Homebuilder to provide further peace of mind to our homeowners. The state of Georgia currently has no licensing or requirements for builders. This voluntary certification program is the first of its kind in the State of Georgia and was created to connect the home buying public with certified Professional Home Builders who are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of professionalism, customer service and homeowner satisfaction. The program is administered by The Housing Institute, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA). Capstone also has a strong commitment to customer service and homeowner relations. As a gold star member of Guild Quality, a third party customer satisfaction auditing service, our dedication to excellence is constantly monitored through Guild Quality's surveys and followup phone calls. We have an extremely high referral rate due to the sense of wellbeing our customers feel and pride they have in their home. The Capstone Partners Story Capstone Partners was established in 2000 by owners Curtis Peart and Jonathan Carter. Jonathan and Curtis are lifelong friends and formed Capstone with a mutual vision to capitalize on the high level of demand for new residential housing in Atlanta's burgeoning in-town historic neighborhoods by offering new housing products that complemented the existing architectural landscapes. Since that time, Capstone has successfully completed more than $55 million of new residential development and construction projects in the Greater Atlanta area and Georgia's Lake Country, with an estimated additional $100 million of proposed projects currently in the planning stages.
