Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Was not happy with first attempt at finish. Had to contact customer service to have the workman return to 'clean up' the problem. Had to do with the finish on the floor and the molding. Customer service very promptly took care of getting the workman to return and ordered the finish for the floor....

My goal was to have a bathroom that looked like I was walking into a hotel bathroom. Thanks to Bath Planet, my goal was achieved! I am very happy with the quality of their work and the fair price of everything. I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone.

We were happy with the personnel that we had the opportunity to work;they were friendly and professional. Overall, the quality of the installation was wonderful. The end result looks beautiful; it is definitely better than before.
