Arnspiger Development Group

Thank you for your interest in The Villas at Foor Farms. My name is Curt Arnspiger, President of Arnspiger Development Group, and builder of The Villas at Foor Farms. My interest in building and development began at an early age under the guidance of my Father. My fascination grew as I also visited neighborhood homes under construction and spent hours intently watch every phase, from excavation to foundation, from framing to roofing. During my childhood years I completed several small building projects of my own design.

In 1978 I started purchasing and rehabbing single family homes and small apartment buildings. The rehab process involved me personally performing, at one time or another, almost every task or trade associated with housing construction. I frequently uncovered situations that I needed to correct, which were oversights during initial construction. Continually "fixing someone else's mistakes" on existing homes and apartment buildings fueled my desire to "Build Quality Homes From The Ground Up."

In December, 2003 I joined the "Epcon Family" as a franchisee of their market proven Home Building Development System. I am excited to put my 25 years of experience in the housing industry to work creating The Villas at Foor Farms. I look forward to building Homes, Neighborhoods and Lifestyles that provide "One Remarkable Experience."
