This was the worst experience i've had by far and i've worked with many with my real estate rental units. It was difficult to get hold of the supervisor Doug Shobe, overseeing this project. I had a major water damage and they ripped everything out, left my tenants with a temporarily living conditions...

This contractor did not show up on time, had horrible personnel problems and took far longer to finish than originally promised.

When our issue happened, they were here immediately. The first person showed up when the fire department was still here! It was pretty amazing. They did an awesome job.

The addition of a ceiling fan will not actually reduce the temperature, however the increased air flow will make you feel more comfortable.
