The ACT team consists of specialists in all aspects of disaster response, who are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the execution of their responsibilities. To aid them, all team members attend training seminars, study new and emerging technologies and are supplied with state of the art equipment. Everything from communication to getting the job done was great. We had a few miscommunication issues with invoicing but the job was done properly.

i have a shower floor that holds water around the sides of the floor. it does not slope until closer to the drain. what can i do to build up the sides?

Not sure that anything will work at this time. That's usually addressed at time of installation. Tile I presume?

Is it normal for new gutters to "snap" as they cool down in the evening?

It is tough to say allthough tt can be normal assuming the gutters/fascia are metal and in an area of the home that receives direct sunlight (enough to cause expansion and contraction).  IMO
