Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I really loved our construction man Alan. He was fair, quick, great at communication, and very helpful with our choices. I was less impressed with whoever it was who was in charge of the job at ARS. (The estimator?) He came by mid-December and said it might take until after Christmas to have the estimate...

i might not recommend because i had to tell them to put masks on they weren't courteous enough to wear them without me saying something even though my family were all wearing masks. also they promised to haul away the old damaged vanity and instead they threw it in the middle of my garage so that i couldn't...

I would not recommend them to anyone for the way they treated me. They basically threatened me to sign their contract. Saying that if I did not sign they would stop now and submit the bill to me instead of the insurance company. I spoke with the owner and the supervisors, and they are con artist....

ARS was very professional, and except for one scheduling problem - totally caused by their mill provider for some customized baseboards - the project was done very professionally, timely and competently. ARS carpenters and workers themselves were all very skilled and knowledgeable and get 100% marks...

The beginning process of cleanup was spot on. It went in a hand basket when it came to the gentleman from ARS not explaining the complete process of restoration of products which needed to be replaced to the billing process and payments. We also had problems with the gentleman from ARS not keeping appointments...

Lots of miscommunications. It was very difficult to get responses through text. Face to face communication was better. When I got them to counsel me on what to do, I later felt like I was given bad recommendations that cost me a lot more time and money. The final bill was almost 3x what it cost me...

Gutters are installed by specialized gutter contractors. They will make the gutters to fit your home with the least amount of seams.
We just moved into a new home with a heat pump (new for me). The master suite stays about 5 degrees colder than the rest of the house. Any ideas why?
