We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

B.W. Construction has always provided excellent service on the several occasions we have hired the firm. The workers are efficient, careful, and detailed in their work. We have always been satisfied with the outcome.

Bob was great to work with and provided a very fair quote that was the exact cost of the job. The crew was on time, worked hard and did a good job. Jason came back a few times no questions asked to finish details from punch list. Very good experience. E

I interviewed many people to put in new windows for us. After struggling with my decision, I went with BW. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made with regard to our house. They did an outstanding job -- started the job when they said they would, did fantastic work, cleaned up, the new windows...
