I had always heard negative feedback from people who built their own homes, but we have had a tremendous experience working with Arborshade. I've recommended them to everyone I know who is interested in buying a home.

Kathy was wonderful throughout. She was kind and always straightforward. Even when we have disagreed, she's been able to meet in the middle to resolve issues. I not only would recommend her in writing, I would advertise for her.
