Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The subs seemed very talented. I appreciated the attention to detail and desire to make things exactly as I envisioned them. We are really pleased with the finished product and amazed at what a long way the house came in such a short span of time.

Ben and Elliot were available and responsive to our needs. The workers did quality work, and were professional and courteous. They were responsive to our needs after we moved in, and worked on completing the punchlist in a timely manner.

We were just thrilled to be working with them and very happy with the work that they completed. The estimate was higher than other we were considering working with but my wife felt strongly about using them. I soon found out we were making the right decision. They were the only ones that would commit...

My greatest concern was that it would be an overwhelming time problem for me and a lot to manage. I felt like they were keeping track and taking responsibility on following up on the things we discussed.
